Openings only 1–2 days earlier are always shown in full for free and never trigger the fee. A same-day slot at an earlier time doesn’t count.

You only pay if you choose to unlock an opening we found — finding one on your own costs nothing. Cancellations do get grabbed fast, so open the Tesla app the moment you unlock.
